My partner had local dover sole and being a fish expert he said he has never eaten a fish dish cooked to such perfection, i myself had a fillet steak with stilton my mouth now is watering thinking about it i asked for medium rare to medium and it was perfect the waitress was very helpful in explaining about the cooking times for the fillet and how exactly it would be cooked. the restaurant itself is a credit to its owner it has such warmth and character, the staff make you feel relaxed and welcome the second you walk in. We will deffinatly be returning
